How does eKomi work?

A few days after we have posted your order you will receive a brief email from us via eKomi asking you to quickly rate the service you have received. The response you give goes directly to eKomi who then add to our review history which affects our overall rating.

The reviews you place are hosted and managed by eKomi, not by us. eKomi are completely independent so they will post your review no matter if it is good or bad and we have no control over that.

The eKomi widget you see at the top of this page is featured on the right hand side of most the pages on our website. The star rating at the top of the widget shows you our eKomi rating based on all the reviews we've received to date. If you click on it you can see every single review we have received.
